Clark Testing continuously operates under stringent quality assurance guidelines ensure all policies, practices and procedures meet or exceed industry standards. Clark’s QA/QC programs follow the accreditation guidelines of ISO 17025-2017, 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA-1 and AIHA. Clark Testing’s QA programs are independently audited by third party agencies including A2LA, ASTM, NIAC and AIHA.
With a multitude of laboratory accreditations, all lab personnel follow strict quality control guidelines in accordance with our accreditations and underlying corporate quality procedures. Clark Testing’s QA accreditations qualifies us to conduct testing and engineering services in accordance with commercial, industrial and military quality standards.
In addition to external audits conducted by third party agencies, Clark also conducts internal audits to ensure all test programs are conducted in accordance with company SOP’s, industry standards and QA/QC guidelines.
Clark quality starts at the beginning of each test program. We follow strict quality protocols to ensure the engineering and technical teams are adhering to the company’s quality procedures such as:
- Project review and incoming receipt inspection
- Compliance with company QA/QC policies and SOP’s
- Adhere to industries standards, methods and guidelines
- Utilization of calibrated instrumentation ensuring traceability to NIST
- Work with customers to develop and approve valid test plans
- Ensure all data, log books and reports meet or exceed quality standards
- Conduct regular proficiency testing to validate procedures and results
- Regular calculation and qualification of degrees of uncertainties
